• Build it into your process, not just your day. AI used occasionally is a shortcut. AI built into a repeatable system is a game-changer.
• Use it to protect your energy. Let AI handle what drains you so you can show up fully for the work only you can do. Your energy is your most valuable asset — lead like it is.

You don't have to overhaul everything at once. Start here:

• Do a 10-minute AI audit. Look at your week and pick ONE task you do repeatedly that you could hand off to an AI tool right now. Not someday — this week. Draft that email. Outline that content. Summarize those notes. Just pick one and let it go.
• Create a simple prompt you'll actually reuse. Most people use AI differently every time and wonder why the results feel inconsistent. Write one prompt that works for a recurring task in your business — and save it. That's the beginning of a system. Think about creating a "Project" in Claude, giving it information about the Project and your first system is built.  If you want to know more about this, just ask me.
